UO Trace to Help diagnose 'Net Problems

UO Trace is a free utility that you can use to traceroute, then continuously poll every single hop between you and any Server you would like to ping.  

You can Download it below:

To use it, simply Download 'UO Trace' from here (Download UO Trace).

Then unzip it into its own folder on your hard drive.
Then go to that folder and run the executable.

 Select Options, ADVANCED,
 input the IP address you wish to ping,

 click on "Ping" (third button on top from left)
 then when the destination shows up in the window,

 click on "Trace Route" (4th button on the top)
 and give it a few minutes to complete the route from you to the destination IP address..

  Once this finishes click on "Poll" (6th button on top),
 and let that run for about 30 seconds it will continuously ping and poll each individual hop so you can see where your trouble lies..

Hit "COPY" then E-mail your trace to me, and/or your Internet Service provider.  The closer to you the bad hops (routers) are located the more likely it is your ISP causing the problems.

Note: Do not ping server for more than about 30 seconds, this thing really ping floods what it is pinging.

Enter Server IP

Click on "Ping" button"

Click on "Trace Route" button

Click on "Poll" button

Then copy and paste and send this detailed trace to whomever you wish.  
You'll find that sending HTML e-mail and using 'Courier New' font at 8 pts works best. 

Also taking a .png screenshot of it, like I did above works great.
